THE POLICY OF THE INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF SOLWINDA

JSC Solwinda is an innovative, reliable and quality-oriented partner. By improving the quality of the company’s management and service provision processes, to ensure the successful and targeted development of the company, as well as a stable and competitive position in the market, we undertake:

  • to carry out activities in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the business sector and other requirements that the organization undertakes to implement, in order to achieve compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 9001:2015/AMD1:2024, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 14001:2015/AMD1:2024, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 45001:2018/AMD1:2024 standards;
  • to continuously improve the effectiveness of the management system, taking into account performance results, feedback from customers, partners and employees; 
  • to continuously improve ongoing relationships with our partners and suppliers; 
  • to promote employee qualification improvement;
  • to work only with responsible partners, subcontractors, and suppliers oriented towards environmental protection;
  • to guarantee safe and healthy working conditions for employees, to help the employee realize his own responsibility in protecting his own safety and health and those around him, to ensure safe and healthy working conditions, to undertake to eliminate hazards, to undertake to consult employees and participate in health and safety assurance activities;
  • to identify and manage risks and opportunities related to all three areas;
  • to use energy and natural resources rationally;
  • to manage climate change initiatives and sustainability strategies; 
  • to apply preventive measures to avoid injuries, deterioration of health and environmental pollution;
  • to implement accident and incident prevention measures;
  • to continuously improve the effectiveness of the management system, taking into account performance results, feedback from customers, partners and employees;
  • to maintain and constantly improve the integrated management system that meets the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015, ISO 9001:2015/AMD1:2024, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 14001:2015/AMD1:2024, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 45001:2018/AMD1:2024.
