That’s why we were proud to support the Nordex Future Stars Camp, a youth basketball initiative that brought together Lithuania’s rising talents for a weekend of learning, discipline, and inspiration.
The camp was more than just drills and games. With professional player Mantas Kalnietis visiting to share his journey, and coach Rolandas Radvila guiding young athletes through technical sessions, the event created space for growth both on and off the court. Participants got the chance to connect, ask questions, and hear real stories — the kind that leave a mark.
Our team at Solwinda believes that whether you’re scaling a turbine or building confidence on the court, character matters. Courage, responsibility, and focus — the very qualities we look for in rope access professionals — are also what help shape future leaders.
We’re also grateful to have partnered with Gridinta and Nordex Group, as well as with organizers Lotsa Slots and agent Julius Laurinavičius, who brought the entire initiative to life.
