At Solwinda, rope access is about more than ropes and tools. It’s about who you are when things get serious.
You’ll be working in high-pressure, high-altitude environments—sometimes suspended hundreds of meters above ground, with tools swinging in the wind. That means we value:
Courage and responsibility – Staying focused when the wind is howling
Cold logic under pressure – Mistakes aren’t an option
Extreme attention to detail – Safety depends on it
Teamwork and communication – You’ll never work alone
Humility and growth mindset – There’s always something to learn
Adaptability – One day you’re repairing a turbine, the next you’re crossing borders for an inspection
Rope access isn’t for everyone. But if you want to do work that matters—and be part of a team that has your back—it might just be for you.
EU citizenship is preferred, but not strictly required. Depending on legal work eligibility and project specifics, we may be able to onboard qualified candidates from other countries as well.
Many of our best team leads started as IRATA Level 1 technicians. What sets them apart?
Dedication to safety
Strong communication
Leadership under pressure
Willingness to grow and train others
If you want to move up, we’ll support you. That means help with IRATA Level 3, GWO ART, VCA VOL, and other advanced courses.
Working with Solwinda means becoming part of a tight-knit, high-performing crew that tackles some of the toughest projects in Europe’s wind and energy sectors. We’re always on the lookout for professionals ready to rise to the challenge.
